I’ve opened my bank account but haven't received a debit card. What should I do?

Your card should arrive within 5 working days, but in some cases, it can take up to 10.

If your card hasn’t arrived after 10 days, you can contact us via live chat to order a new one. Before you do, please double check your address details are correct in the Zopa app. You can do this in your profile by clicking the person icon in the top left of the ‘Home’ tab.   

Don’t forget, you can use Apple Pay and Google Pay as soon as your account is open, even while you’re waiting for your debit card.
