What’s the status of my Zopa bank account application?

In the Zopa app, you’ll be able to see if you need to provide any extra verification documents to complete your application.  

If you’ve already submitted everything and it’s been under a week, you don’t need to do anything else — just keep an eye out for an email from us. If you’ve been waiting more than a week, please get in touch. 

We pride ourselves on the speed of our application journey. However, there are some situations in which we’re required to run extra checks. This can mean things take a little longer.
